 เครื่องมือซ่อมเกลียว Amecoil 
 
สำหรับซ่อมเกลียวที่ชำรุดจนไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ หลังจากซ่อมจะทำให้สามารถใช้สกรูขนาดเดิมได้

วิธีการซ่อม
1)   เจาะรูล้างเกลียวเดิมที่เสียออกให้ได้ขนาดตามที่กำหนด
2)   ต๊าปเกลียวใหม่ด้วย Amecoil tap (เป็นดอกต๊าปเฉพาะ)สำหรับเตรียมงานก่อนฝัง Amecoil wire thread insert
3)   เลือกความยาวของ Amecoil ให้เหมาะสมกับความหนาของ
 ชิ้นงาน และทำการติดตั้งด้วย Amecoil Inserting tool
4)   ตอกเขี้ยวทิ้งด้วย Tang break  หรือใช้คีมปากแหลมบิดให้เขี้ยวหัก
5)   ใช้สกรูขันเกลียวได้ทันที โดยสามารถใช้แรงขันได้ตามปกติ

ชุดเครื่องมือซ่อมเกลียว มีให้เลือกทั้ง 4 แบบ
1)   Multidimensional Kit กล่องรวมแบบคละขนาด เช่น
M2.5-3-4-5,  M5-6-8-10 , M6-8-10-12, M5-6-8,10, 12 และอื่น ๆ
2)   Unidimensional Kit  กล่องซ่อมเกลียวได้ 1 ขนาดตามสั่ง เช่น
M24, M30, UNC1”-8
3)   Mini kit เป็นกล่องที่เครื่องมือป้อนเกลียวจะมีขนาดเล็กเหมาะกับซ่อมในเกลียวในบริเวณที่แคบ
4)   Spark plug kit  ชุดซ่อมเกลียวหัวเทียนเช่น M10x1.00, M12x1.25, M14x 12.5  (ดอกต๊าปในกล่องจะเป็น Stage tap)
